OUR EVENTS AND FUNDRAISING

Fundraising forms a large part of our activities during the year which enables us to continue to support so many worthwhile causes both in our area and further afield.

Our events come in many shapes and sizes from collections on special occasions such as Easter and Christmas, Dinner Dances and Tribute Nights, The National Royal British Legion Poppy Collection, or perhaps a cream tea or a breakfast cup of coffee and a bacon bap in a members’ back garden.

While these events enable us to do amazing things in the Community, they can also be a lot of fun and bring people together.

Social events also form an important part of our agenda again bringing members, partners, family and friends into the fold and to take part in some very enjoyable times. In recent times these have included a summer barbecue, curling or skittles evenings, our annual Presidents Ball and of course the Christmas Party.
