MEETINGS

We meets three times each month in the evenings and while members are encouraged to attend meetings as often as possible it is accepted that everyone cannot always be available every week and so attend as often as their busy lives permit. Families always come first.

Meetings are on the 1st, 3rd and 4th Tuesdays of each month - the 1st and 3rd being face to face and the 4th by Zoom.

Face to Face Meetings are held at The West Hants Club, Roslin Road South Bournemouth BH3 7EF - 6.30 for 7.00pm

Meetings are held as follows:-

The first Tuesday of the month is Committees where, following a one course meal, the essential work being undertaken is discussed and planned.

On the third Tuesday of each month we meet with partners & guests.  This is very much a social occasion with a one course dinner and an entertaining speaker. Topics cover a wide range of subjects from amusing life anecdotes to informative talks on health, to hearing about the wonderful work that local charities are involved in and how the money that Bournemouth North raises is put to good use.

The fourth Tuesday of the month is a business meeting which is currently conducted through Zoom, commencing at 7.30pm.

Each Committee or Action Group Chair reports to the meeting so that members are made aware of the current work being carried out and that planned for the future.

Important issues will often be discussed and the membership given the opportunity to ratify some decisions.
